Same Day Knife Sharpening

All of our knives will leave extremely sharp.

Nearly every knife we sharpen will be returned to you even sharper than it was when it was brand new!

We specialize in sharpening straight-edged kitchen knives.  We are able to sharpen  specialty knives as well as blades for things like trimmers, but we price those individually. Contact your local pro for pricing on your specific blade!

We use professional belt sharpeners designed specifically for sharpening knives excellently while removing as little material as possible and finish off every sharpening with a strop for a razor sharp finish

Yes.   If you would like, you are able to choose what angle you get your knives sharpened at (10 degrees-30 degrees) as well as what kind of edge you want on the finished knife (more toothy or polished).  Just let us know ahead of time what you would like on what knife.

If you have no preference, we finish most kitchen knives at 18-20 degrees with a mildly toothy (but still polished) edge, and our outdoor/pocket/EDC knives with a 25 degree toothier edge. 

We can't always repair damage done to knives, but we often can if it’s minor.  Reach out to your local pro with pictures of the damage and he will be happy to tell you if it is something we can repair and how much it will cost!
